The Anglo-Nigerian began his career with SkyBet Championship side Middlesbrough and played for their under-18 and under-21 teams.

To enhance his chances of playing first-team football, Okosieme was loaned out to Ebac Northern League side Billingham Synthonia and BetVictor Northern Premier League outfit Workington AFC.

After being released by Boro he signed for then-Isthmian League Premier Division side Billericay Town before quickly switching to Bishop’s Stortford in August 2015.

After a year with the Blues, he moved to then-Isthmian South side Chatham Town and was offered a route back up the Pyramid by then-National League Macclesfield Town in February 2017.

He moved back south to Dover Athletic in October 2017 and then switched to Braintree Town in November 2018.
