Murphy spent a successful loan spell with the Brakes last season, making his debut as a substitute at Brackley Town on Boxing Day.

In all he made 21 appearances and scored 2 goals for the Brakes.

Murphy signed for Solihull at the end of July 2018.

He started out at Stourbridge before being snapped up by Walsall in September 2014.

He made his Saddlers debut in February 2015 in a 1–0 defeat to Port Vale at the Banks’s Stadium.

He has had three loan spells at Worcester City, where he was part of the team that knocked out Coventry City and took Scunthorpe United to a replay in the Emirates FA Cup.

He also a had a brief time with Kidderminster Harriers before signing for AFC Telford United.

Murphy will stay at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium until January 2020 and the Moors have a recall option after 28 days.

Holleran told https://www.leamingtonfc.co.uk: “We were aware that there might be an opportunity to be able to bring Jordan back in on loan, and that has turned out to be the case, so we’re delighted to welcome him back to the club.

“With things as they are in the squad at present, with one or two not quite fully fit and with losing Colby Bishop as well, having eleven games in such a short period of time meant that a player like Jordan, who can operate in a number of positions, was something that we needed. He did well for us last year and hopefully he’ll do the same again”.
