The
33-year-old add bags of experience to Lee Clark’s defence having made over 300
appearances for the Moors, many as captain.
Beginning
his career with Darlington, the central defender has gone on to play for Bishop
Auckland, Harrogate Town and Gateshead as well as a spell in Sweden with
Ostavalls.
During
his time with the County Durham side, Mason’s honours include an FA Vase title

Before
being sidelined for almost a year with injury, Mason previously scored a

2017.
Blyth
have also signed teenage left back or midfielder Olly Scott following a successful
pre-season trial.
Scott
came through the ranks at BetVictor Northern Premier League Premier Division side
South Shields and made his first team debut towards the end of last season.
