Experienced striker Teniola is a no-nonsense attacker who was most recently at Phoenix Sports and Aveley.

He has also played for the likes of Hertford Town, Tonbridge Angels, Cray Wanderers, Greenwich Borough, VCD Athletic, Thamesmead Town, Concord Rangers and Dulwich Hamlet.

Da Cruz can play at centre-half or left-back.

He joins having been on dual registration with Southern League Premier Division South side Hendon and now Isthmian South Central outfit Harlow Town last season.

He joined Harlow in August 2018 from Barking, for whom he signed from Cheshunt midway through the 2017/18 season.

He also counts AFC Hornchurch, Phoenix Sports, Enfield Town and Grays Athletic among his former clubs.

At 6`5” tall, he is an imposing defender with plenty of experience.
