Meite Becomes a Loan Card

Vanarama National League club Woking have signed Ibrahim Meite on an initial month`s loan from SkyBet League Two side Crawley Town.

The 23-year-old former Cardiff City striker signed an 18-month contract when he returned to Crawley for a second spell in February.

Previously at the club on loan from the Bluebirds for the first part of the 2017/18 campaign, Meite scored 3 times for the Reds in 20 appearances.

Meite was signed by the Welsh club in January 2017, after catching the eye whilst playing for BetVictor Southern League Premier Division South outfit Harrow Borough.

He made his debut for the Bluebirds in April 2017 in a goalless league draw with Wigan Athletic.

He made 2 substitute appearances last season.

Meite made his Cards debut as a second half substitute in their fine opening day win at Dagenham & Redbridge.
