Born in Sydney, Australia, Wallen moved to the UK at 16 years old from Palm
Beach Soccer Club when he was offered a scholarship with Watford.
He
played for the Hornets for 2 years until he signed a professional contract with
Queens Park Rangers as a 19-year-old.
He
signed a one-year deal after having his 2016/17 season disrupted by a long-term
injury, making just 5 appearances for the under-23 side, and his contract at
Loftus Road expired in the summer of 2018.
He
had a loan spell with Hemel`s league rivals Chelmsford City in March 2018 and
then moved north to sign for then-National League North outfit FC United of
Manchester, for whom he made 26 appearances and scored 3 goals in 2018/19.
