The 28-year-old left Shawe View in February 2019 to join league rivals Ramsbottom United but has now returned.

He arrived at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium from Trafford, although he has also played a number of games last season for Congleton Town in the Hallmark Security League Premier Division.

His previous clubs include Colwyn Bay, Curzon Ashton and Witton Albion.

Trafford manager Tom Baker told  http://www.traffordfc.co.uk: “Tom showed a real desire to come back to the club and show what he’s capable of. He’s worked his socks off all pre-season and put in some good performances. A brilliant lad with so much ability, he’s had his problems over the past few seasons injury wise, but I feel he has the bit between his teeth now to kick on!”
