Harrad
began his career at Notts County, making 29 appearances and scoring one goal
against Shrewsbury Town.
The
34-year-old enjoyed loan spells out at Gresley Rovers and Tamworth, before
being released by the Magpies in 2005.
He
joined Burton Albion in 2005, gaining promotion to the Football League with the
Brewers in 2009, scoring 16 goals in the promotion season.
Since
then he has played for Alfreton Town, Notts County, Torquay United, Wrexham, Torquay
again, Matlock Town from the summer of 2017.
He
left the Gladiators for Basford United in January 2019 and had penned a deal
with Southern League Premier Division Central outfit Barwell earlier this
summer – and played in their league opener against AFC Rushden & Diamonds
last Saturday - before being offered the role at Ilkeston.
Manager
Mark Clifford has also added winger Cameron Dear to his squad ahead of tomorrow`s
league opener.
Dear
can play at right-back or in central midfield and joins the Robins having been
with now-Toolstation Northern Counties East Leaguers AFC Mansfield.
He
was originally at Derby County and Mansfield Town. |
