Brough brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the club.

He stepped down from his role as manager of Southern League West side North Leigh at the end of last season.

Brough, who has been in charge at Eynsham Park for two seasons, believed the time was right for both himself and the club to move on, after a challenging second year.

The Millers had a hugely successful first season under Brough, as he oversaw the club’s best-ever run in the FA Cup, victory in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup and a challenge for the Evo-Stik South League play-offs.

The former Shrewsbury Town, Hereford United and Cheltenham Town defender led Cinderford Town to the Southern League Division One South & West title in 2015/16.

However, he resigned his position after the club declined promotion to the Premier Division and he subsequently joined North Leigh.
