Joining from Southern Premier Division Central side Hitchin Town is pacey young winger Patrick Tshikala.

He had loan spells with Barton Rovers and Hadley last season and also numbers Stotfold and St Albans City as former clubs.

Teenage goalkeeper Patrick Sinfield joins on dual registration with Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Potton United.

He was with Tring Athletic and Stotfold in 2018/19 and played a few first team games for Biggleswade Town after moving from St Albans.

He is joined by his former Biggleswade Town team-mate Connor McBrien, who is an exciting young attacker.

Battling it out for the green jersey with Sinfield is Nick Hayes, who has joined on loan from Premier League side Norwich City.

Hayes is an England Youth international and a very talented keeper.

Hayes, 19, is originally from Clacton-on-Sea and spent time at Ipswich Town’s academy before joining the Canaries.

Arriving from Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division outfit Colney Heath is gifted attacking midfielder Dane Batt.

An all-action midfielder Niall Jones who joins from Bedfordshire County League side Cranfield United, while another young midfielder, Isaac Pedro, joins from Broxbourne Borough.

Cultured midfielder Elias Moses was once on the books of Sheffield Wednesday and joined Hendon briefly from Cockfosters having also played for Fulham and Redbridge.

He has since turned out for Leverstock Green, Edgware Town, Hadley, Northwood and Aylesbury Vale Dynamos.

Much-travelled striker Elliot Bailey, who played for Hertford last season before moving to Welwyn Garden City and who has also turned out for Ware, Hitchin Town and St Albans City amongst others, has also re-signed for the club.

Georges Ehui, who spent last season playing at Egham Town and Chalfont St Peter, has also made the move to Hertford.

He previously played for Northwood and Hanwell Town.

Sam Whiting is a left back who was with Aylesbury United and spent some time with Ware, and Hugo Odogwu-Atkinson - a centre-back - was with Mildenhall Town for some of last season and was formerly a youth player at Tottenham Hotspur.

Midfielder Marco Merlo, a former Watford Youth player, moves in from Vysconia Jihlava in the Czech Republic, where he headed to play professionally last season, while, finally, another centre back, Max Jessop, moves over from Hatfield Town.
