The Welshman was released by County at the end of last season, following their relegation to the Vanarama National League.

The vastly experienced 33-year-old started his career with his hometown club, Swansea City, where he made 18 appearances.

After being allowed to leave the Swans in 2004 he joined Portsmouth but played only once for Pompey, although he did have loan spells with Burnley, Coventry City and back at Swansea.

He moved on to play for Millwall, Exeter City, where he played 112 times, and Port Vale, for whom he appeared on 136 occasions, before signing for National League side Eastleigh in May 2016. However, just a few weeks later he was offered a deal by Notts County.

He has won 13 full international caps for Wales to go with the ones earned at under-17, 19 and under-21 level.
