A Quick Rovers Return for Withey

Midfielder Ben Withey has made a U-turn and returned to BetVictor Southern League Division One South club Paulton Rovers.

The 22-year-old had only moved to Southern Premier Division South side Swindon Supermarine in June.

He made 18 appearances for Paulton in 2018/19, having joined from Frome Town where he played 47 times, a year previously in the summer of 2018.

He came through the ranks at Bristol City academy. He has also previously played at Mangotsfield United and Weston-super-Mare.

He joined Mangotsfield permanently in 2016 following an earlier dual-registration spell with Weston and made 36 appearances for the Mangos in the 2016/17 season.

He possesses great energy and positive intent in defensive and offensive roles.
