Seventeen-year-old Ray Urry has put pen-to-paper to commit to the Yachtsmen on contract.

After an amazing season which only started in November, Urry went on to pick up awards as the supporters` player of the year, the most promising player and won the national county under-18 championship with Norfolk.

The club have recognised Urry`s quick progress and potential by naming him as the first player to be contracted since 2013/14.

On signing for the club, Urry told the club`s website: “The management have shown great faith in me in such a short time and, despite interest from other clubs, I felt it was important to show loyalty and kick on in with a great group of players. The club have been excellent and now I can’t wait for the new season”.
