Baggs will bring plenty of experience and leadership to the team having led Melksham Town from the Western League to the BetVictor Southern League Division One South as player-manager.

However, he left the InfiLED Arena in March 2019 following a fall out with the club's board over the future of the club.

Keen to continue his playing days for the time being, Baggs signed for Warminster Town in June as player-coach

Since leaving Bradford in 2013/14, Baggs has turned out for Paulton Rovers, Frome Town as well as Melksham.
