Forward
Ryan Blake has ended his second spell with Southern Premier Division South side
Chesham United to join Thame.
The
28-year-old re-joined the Generals in 2018 after a season at Enfield Town.
In
his previous three-year spell at Chesham he scored 52 goals in 162 games,
including the winner in the club’s famous FA Cup triumph over Bristol Rovers
and leaves with a total of 55 goals from 213 matches.
His
previous clubs include Tring Athletic, Burnham, Beaconsfield SYCOB, Hayes &
Yeading United and Hemel Hempstead Town.
Thame
boss Mark West has also brought in youngster Jordan Balogun from SkyBet League
One neighbours Oxford United on loan.
Balogun
will offer more quality to the side with his ability to play at full back and
in wide midfield.
Meanwhile,
defender Aaron Jewell (pictured) has re-joined the Red Kites from Combined Counties League
Premier Division side Knaphill.
Formerly
with Marlow, Burnham and Chalfont St Peter, he originally joined Thame at the
start of the 2018/19 season.
A
ball winner and no-nonsense defender who has also been with Egham Town and
Beaconsfield SYCOB, he only moved to Knaphill at the beginning of August. |
