Forward Candlin joins from SkyBet League One side Walsall on a month`s loan.

He was just 16 when he made his Walsall debut at Bradford in April 2017.

Now 19, he played 5 first-team games in 2016/17 and also helped the development squad win the Walsall Senior Cup, scoring a brace in the 4-3 semi-final victory over Wolverhampton Casuals.

Rewarded with a professional contract in August 2017, the Stafford-born striker featured 4 times the following season and spent the first half of 2018/19 on loan at Blackburn Rovers.

Goalkeeper Jordan Wright has also joined on a month`s loan from Championship outfit Nottingham Forest.

Wright has enjoyed spells in non-League football at Alfreton Town, Kettering Town and Grantham Town.

When he was in his scholarship year at the City Ground, Wright was named on the bench for the first team fixture against MK Dons.

Bedworth-born centre-half Stanley (pictured) has joined from Northern Premier League Division One North West side Clitheroe.

The vastly experienced 36-year-old returned north to join Northern Premier Division One North West Clitheroe in June  after helping Kettering Town to win the Southern Premier Central title in 2018/19.

As well as 4 international caps for England C, who he also captained, he twice won National League play-offs and made almost 200 Football League appearances.

He won back-to-back promotions from the National League with Hereford United and then Morecambe, where he launched a League career that also included spells with Bristol Rovers and Aldershot Town.

He returned to non-League football with Lincoln City in 2015 as the Imps started their climb back towards the Football League. And after initially returning to the North West with Southport, on loan, and Lancaster City, Stanley returned to Lancashire to Clitheroe.

Joining him at Boro is his former Poppies team-mate, midfielder Michael Richens, who joins on loan from National League North side Kettering.

The 24-year-old originally played for Kettering on loan in 2015, making 4 appearances before returning to Hemel Hempstead Town.

A highly rated midfielder, he has also played for Peterborough United, Farnborough, Whitehawk, Stevenage and Bishop`s Stortford as well as playing a handful of games for Nuneaton in their second season in the National League.

He re-joined the Poppies in June 2017 on a permanent basis and helped them to win the Southern Premier Central title last season.

Meanwhile, five players have left the club.

Matt Sargeant, Aris Christophorou, Chris Camwell, Lewis Rankin and Ryan Harkin have all been released, while keeper Cameron Belford has joined Northern Premier League Premier Division side Ashton United on loan for a month with an option of a permanent move.
