Coventry
beat a host of rival clubs to sign the promising 6`4” keeper from Arsenal in
2014.
He
initially signed a two-year apprenticeship and provided back up for first-team
goalkeeper’s Liam O'Brien and Lee Burge for the 2017/18 season.
He
also went out on loan during that season to Hendon and Dulwich Hamlet.
At
the latter, Addai (pictured) enjoyed a good spell with the club and also scored a stoppage
time winner!
The
following season he had a spell on loan with Northern Premier League Premier
Division outfit Mickleover Sports.
He
also took up a regular place amongst the bench as back-up to then-keeper Lee
Burge.
Also
joining on loan is young defender Tyreece Kennedy-Williams from Vanarama
National League side Notts County.
Kennedy-Williams
made his senior debut for the Magpies in the group stage of the Checkatrade
Trophy, playing 75 minutes against Newcastle United’s under-21s in October
2018.
The
left back has been a regular for the under-23s and, following the conclusion of
his scholarship, was offered a development contact ahead of the current season.
Redditch
have also signed former Sutton Coldfield Town striker Louis Monaghan.
