On Sunday, Southern Counties East League Premier Division club Erith & Belvedere beat Southern Combination League Division One side Oakwood 9-2 to become top scorers of the round.

 

Baba Adeniran hit a second half hat-trick for the Deres as they gave the Park View Road plenty of entertainment on a sunny afternoon.

 

Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One East side Wokingham & Emmbrook were beaten 1-0 at home by Hellenic Division One West outfit       Thornbury Town, thanks to a last-gasp Craig Lancastle goal.

 

Wokingham`s league rivals Long Crendon`s first ever Vase adventure is over as they bowed out   5-2 at Oxford City against Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division Leighton Town in a tie that saw one other disallowed goal and three penalties – two being saved!

 

Aaron Murrell with two, sub Kuda Butawo, Jordan Fredericks and an own goal

 

Leighton`s Kevan Petal saved a Martin Griggs spot-kick late on, with his opposite number, George Collingwood, saving Fredericks’ penalty in the first half.

 

Middlesex County Leaguers Cricklewood Wanderers were no match for Uhlsport United Counties League Division One side Long Buckby, who possess a 100% record to date.

 

Adam Shaw netted a har-trick for the Northamptonshire outfit.

 

In an all-Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division tie, Edgware Town were beaten 2-0 at home by Eynesbury Rovers, who have made a good start since being switched from the United Counties League in the summer.         

 

A brace from recent signing Dominic Lawless saw Rovers through.
