The 18-year-old was released by SkyBet League Two side Northampton Town at the end of last season, despite being a consistent goalscorer for the Cobblers` under-18 side.

A member of a well-know Wellingborough footballing family, Jack spent time on `work experience` with then-Southern League Premier Division side St Neots Town in December 2018 and then had a spell on loan with the Doughboys towards the latter part of last season.

When the two clubs effectively swapped managerial teams and squads, Daldy was one of those who moved to Cogenhoe and has scored 4 goals to date, including a hat-trick against bottom-markers Sleaford Town.
