The Board of Directors regretfully accepted the resignation and placed on record its thanks for the drive and passion he brought to the role since taking over in December 2018.

Harper-Penman will remain a legend at the club, making over 300 appearances as a player and captain on Barry Yeo's all-conquering side that achieved promotion to the Southern League.

Steve Holland has agreed to assume the role of caretaker-manager for the upcoming trip to Willand Rovers this weekend.

Bryan Sibble proved to be Harper-Penman`s final signing for Barum.

Sibble is a 23-year-old midfielder from Liverpool, near Syracuse, New York, USA.

He has played in the National Premier Soccer League for Syracuse and has also played for Medaille College, State University of New York at Fredonia, as well as being at several soccer academies.
