Attacking midfielder James (pictured) began his career playing at youth level for both Sheffield United and Rotherham United.

In July 2018, James made the move to Oxford United and played for the under-23 side.

He joined Northern Premier League Premier Division side Basford United on a month`s loan in December 2018 and a month later, left Oxford after his short-term contract wasn't renewed.

James joined the Lambs in February 2019 and made his debut the following day at Coalville Town.

Midfielder Duncan began his career at Notts County in 2017, but without making a first team appearance, was released at the end of their disappointing 2018/19 campaign, which saw the club relegated out of the Football League for the first time in its history.

Duncan initially appeared for Tamworth on trial during pre-season but wasn't signed. However, a change of mind saw him sign for the Lambs in August.
