Richards
began his career with Brighton & Hove Albion and spent time on loan with
Whitehawk in the Vanarama National League South.
In
2014, the versatile midfielder then moved on to Torquay United, where he spent
three productive seasons.
Richards (pictured) moved to eventual National League winners Macclesfield Town in the summer of 2017
but spent part of the season on loan at Solihull Moors.
The
25-year-old moved to Nuneaton Borough in August 2018 and then onto then-National
League side Braintree Town in November 2018.
Richards
has dual Jamaican nationality and is therefore eligible to represent the
Caribbean island on the international stage.
Thirty-year-old Sargeant
re-joins Church from league rivals Nuneaton.
Sargeant,
born in Walsall, began his career local Club Chasetown, and was part of the
Scholars side that defeated Port Vale in an FA Cup second round replay in 2008.
That famous victory propelled the Chase in to the third round, the lowest
ranked side ever to reach that stage. Sargeant was on the bench as eventual
runners-up Cardiff City won 3-1 at the Scholars Ground.
No
stranger to FA Cup runs, Sargeant made the First Round Proper with Tipton Town
in 2010 when they travelled to face Carlisle United at Brunton Park as the
Cumbrian side enjoyed one of their better seasons.
Sargeant
spent the past season with Alvechurch and Rushall Olympic after spells with
Halesowen Town, Worcester City and Romulus.
