The
Glovers made it seven successive wins their best run in six years although the
afternoon was marred by a serious-looking injury to visiting goalkeeper Mark
Cousins, who was eventually loaded onto a spinal board after a 19-minute delay
for treatment in the first half.
Bromley
were leading through Michael Cheek`s 23rd minute goal at the time,
but Jimmy Smith pulled the hosts back on level terms right on the stroke of
half-time.
And
then a Marc-Anthony Okoye own goal after 72 minutes and a Charlie Lee effort 6
minutes later settled the points in Yeovil`s favour and sent them into second
spot for now.
Early
leaders Woking suffered a second successive defeat 2-1 at the Laithwaite
Community Stadium against Boreham Wood, who came back from being a 12th
minute Kane Ferdinand goal down with ten-men to win.
Tyrone
Marsh equalised in the 39th minute and 3 minutes after the break,
in-form Kabongo Tshimanga put Wood in front.
However,
on 56 minutes, the visitors` Mark Ricketts was sent-off by the same referee for
the second time in as many matches!
But they managed to hold on for three very good points.
Dagenham
& Redbridge and Chorley as well as Barnet and Solihull Moors both shared
goalless draws, but Chesterfield`s second win, 2-1 at the Proact Stadium
against Aldershot Town, meant Chorley slipped back to bottom spot.
Ethan
Chislett gave the Shots a 10th minute lead that Scott Boden
cancelled out 6 minutes before half-time.
Liam
Mandeville then put the Spireites in front in the 57th minute and that
proved enough for all three points.
Second-bottom
Ebbsfleet United lost 1-0 at managerless Wrexham, for whom Paul Rutherford
scored the only goal 16 minutes from time.
Barrow
AFC are now seventh after a 2-0 win at home against Maidenhead United.
John
Rooney`s 36th minute penalty was added to 6 minutes after the break
by Olly Dyson.
Notts
County recorded a 2-0 win over AFC Fylde in front of a crowd of over 9,000 at
Meadow Lane.
Wes
Thomas gave the Magpies the advantage 19 minutes into the game and it stayed
that way until the 80th, when Damien McCrory headed home from a corner to make
sure of the points.
The
result saw County record back-to-back wins for the first time this season and
extend their unbeaten run at home to five matches.
Harrogate
Town also won 2-0 at their CNG Stadium against Sutton United.
Alex
Bradley`s 34th minute opener should have been levelled by Jamie
Collins from the spot, but the normally reliable U`s penalty taker saw his
effort well saved by James Belshaw.
Jack
Muldoon wrapped up the points with a late spot-kick for Town.
A
dreadful first half from Stockport County saw them trail visiting Torquay
United 4-0 at Edgeley Park.
Jamie
Reid in the 19th and 26th minutes, a Jordan Keane won
goal in the 43rd and Jake Andrews a minute later saw the Gulls in
dreamland.
The
second half was one of those typical affairs when one side has such a lead, with
County unable to make any dent in the scoreline.
Eastleigh
and Hartlepool United shared a 1-1 draw at the Silverlake Stadium.
Gime
Toure put the visitors in front after 12 minutes and Danny Hollands earned the
hosts a share of the spoils with 17 minutes remaining.
