The
28-year-old, who played a handful games for Glasgow Celtic in the Scottish Premier
League in 2011, is a Londoner who came through the youth ranks at Arsenal,
Tottenham Hotspur and Portsmouth before signing professionally for Bristol
City.
He
played in the National League with AFC Wimbledon and had spells with Inverness
Caledonian Thistle, Plymouth Argyle, Dover Athletic and Maidenhead United.
He
returned to League football with Blackpool in 2014, also playing in Morocco
with MAS Fez, then Crawley Town, Barnet and earlier this season Southend.
Blackman (pictured) joins Josh Payne, signed on loan from League Two side Crawley Town, and striker
Tomi Adeloye as new signings this week – the latter two being in last night`s
squad that lost at home to Torquay United.
Adeloye
spent time in the youth academies at Charlton Athletic and Millwall before
moving to Stoke City where he played 8 times for their under-23 side, scoring
twice.
He
had spells with Macclesfield Town, Chelmsford City, Leatherhead and Dover
Athletic before joining Welling United where he played 6 times between February
and August 2016.
He
then joined FC United of Manchester where he scored twice in 9 appearances for
the then-National League North side before signing for Hartlepool United in
early October 2017.
After
10 games for Pools he returned south, briefly with Whitehawk and then with Dagenham
& Redbridge.
