The
25-year-old joined Moors from Leamington in October 2018 for an undisclosed
fee.
He
had only been with the Brakes since the summer of 2018 after arriving from
Barwell where he scored an impressive 20 goals in all competitions having
joined the Canaries the previous summer from Hinckley-based Total Motion Midland
League Division One side Leicester Road.
He
played for his home-town club Coventry City for 8 years, leaving due to family
reasons.
As
an 18-year-old he came through the youth team and made 23 appearances for
Hinckley United in the Conference North and the Southern Premier as a central
midfielder before the Knitters sadly went into liquidation.
It
was at Hinckley that he suffered a hip injury which put him out of action for
two-and-a-half-years.
After
an operation he returned to the game with Leicester Road, where 42 goals in 25
games brought him to the attention of Barwell.
Solihull
have allowed Stenson to move following the arrivals of striker Jake Beesley on
loan from SkyBet League Two side Salford City for a similar period. |
