Sykes (pictured) joins the Millers from league rivals Tilbury.
The
25-year-old started started his career with Barnet where he made his senior
debut at the age of 17 against Bristol Rovers in August 2012.
A
former apprentice of the year, he had loan spells with the likes of Bishop`s
Stortford, Farnborough, St Albans City and Canvey Island whilst with the Bees
before joining Dartford in June 2015 after his release.
He
had two successful periods with Canvey Island, scoring 43 goals in 92 games
sandwiched by a less successful time at Braintree Town in 2017.
He
signed for Tilbury in November 2018 from Isthmian North rivals Maldon &
Tiptree.
Goode
arrives from Isthmian Premier side Hornchurch.
He
started his career at Thurrock, playing 113 times and scoring 20 times.
With
his time at Thurrock, he proved himself to be a utility player, suited to
playing in midfield and in defence at full back and centrally so will prove a
great asset to the Millers.
After
Thurrock folded, manager Mark Stimson and a large part of the squad moved with
him to Waltham abbey as did Goode, making 15 appearances for the Abbots.
And
after the opening at Hornchurch due to the departure of Jim McFarlane, Goode
followed Stimpson again to Bridge Avenue in December 2018, helping the Urchins
stay up in the Isthmian Premier.
