The 22-year-old originally
joined Mossley in November 2018 from Runcorn Linnets.
He
had joined Runcorn in January 2017 after leaving Northwich Victoria, where he
had been captain.
He
had previously played for Ramsbotom United and Salford City and also appeared
in 2015/16 for Alsager Town in the Hallmark Security League Premier Division.
He
was at Bolton Wanderers from 2013 before being released from the under-18 squad
in May 2015.
He
arrived at Linnets as primarily a centre-half, who could play anywhere across
the back four. He was converted into a holding midfield player and has been a
big success in the pivotal position.
He
matured greatly as a player and made 40 appearances in Runcorn's NWCL title
campaign of 2017/18 out of a total of 68 appearances for the club.
He
made 27 appearances for the Lilywhites during the 2018/19 season before taking
up an offer from newly promoted Atherton Collieries in the summer of 2019.
