Poku has a wealth of non-League experience and made 79 appearances for Oxford in two seasons, as well as being an influential member of their giantkilling Emirates FA Cup side that beat Colchester United last year.

He has played in the Football League with Mansfield Town and also represented Luton Town, Southport, St Albans City, Alfreton Town, AFC Telford United, Woking and Havant & Waterlooville.

Meanwhile, leaving the Stones is defender Ian Gayle.

Gayle joined from Welling United in January and made 12 appearances, scoring once.

Wealdstone have had a very active transfer market so far this summer with Poku becoming manager Bobby Wilkinson’s thirteenth summer signing and Gayle becoming the seventeenth player to depart.
