Lewis Knight returns to the Saints from league rivals Maidstone United.

The 27-year-old defender made 43 appearances for Concord Rangers during the 2017/18 season before signing for local rivals East Thurrock United at the start of the 2018/19 campaign.

However, after just over a month with the Rocks, he signed for St Albans for the first time.

He previously enjoyed spells with Welling United, Brentwood Town and Chatham Town.

He switched to Maidstone in May.

Completing the trio of new signings is Tommy Brewer (pictured).

The 27-year-old, who can also play in defence, joined Isthmian Premier play-off winners Tonbridge Angels in May from former league rivals Kingstonian.

He had signed for the K`s in the summer of 2018 and went on to make 34 appearances, scoring twice.

He was previously with Wealdstone, Lewes, Staines Town and Hampton & Richmond Borough.
