....new first-team manager following the resignation of Jimmy Gray last month.
Beckford-Quailey’s playing career started at Notts County on a YTS in 1996 followed by a move to Chesterfield.
He also played at all levels in the non-League Pyramid.
His management career started at Thurnby - now Leicester Nirvana - in 2010.
The former St Kitts & Nevis international goalkeeper led Nirvana to second in the United Counties League in 2015/16 - only missing out on promotion to Step 4 on goal difference but left to take the reins at Gresley FC in the Evo-Stik NPL First Division South in June 2016.
But Beckford-Quailey endured a difficult time with the Moatmen and left in April 2018.
Beckford-Quailey has also confirmed his backroom team.
Joining him at The Dovecote will be Hannah Dingley, who will become the assistant-manager.
Hannah, who holds a UEFA A licence, has previously coached at Notts County, Sheffield FC, Nottingham Forest, Leicester and Lincoln Ladies and she is currently head of coaching at Burton Albion academy.
Also joining the backroom staff will be former West Bromwich Albion striker Brian Quailey as a coach – both having been with Beckford-Quailey at Leicester Nirvana and Gresley.
Also joining as player-coach is 34-year-old Ryan Amoo, who played under Beckford-Quailey at Leicester Nirvana after appearing in the Football League for Northampton Town and Lincoln City, having started his career with Aston Villa.
He has also had spells with Solihull Moors, Highfield Rangers, Barrow Town, Lincoln City, Barwell, Stamford AFC, Halesowen Town and Loughborough Dynamo. |
