Experienced
defender Josh Ford joins from Southern League Premier Division South side Yate
Town.
The
29-year-old returned to Yate in 2018/19 after spending the previous two seasons
with Paulton Rovers, where he was captain.
He
began his career at Bristol City and then Queens Park Rangers where he spent three
years, one as a professional.
He
has also played for Forest Green Rovers, Weston-super-Mare, Dorchester Town,
Taunton Town, Frome Town and Larkhall Athletic.
Manager
Rich Fey has also brought in forward Sol Pryce from league rivals Highworth
Town.
The
19-year-old joined the Worthians towards the start of the season after being
released by SkyBet League Two side Swindon Town.
Pryce (pictured) made his League debut for Swindon in the 3-2 victory over Stevenage at the
County Ground in November 2018, scoring after 18 seconds before doubling his
tally for the night in first half injury-time.
Following
his dream debut, Pryce made just two more appearances and spent time on loan to
Vanarama National League South side Dulwich Hamlet where he failed to make an
impact.
He
then scored on his debut for Dulwich`s league rivals Bath City and made 8
appearances but found himself surplus to requirements at Swindon.
