Carter only quit Moneys at the beginning of October, citing increased work commitments as the reasons for his decision.

Formerly in charge at Horndean, Carter guided Moneyfields into the Southern League for the first time in their history after winning promotion from the Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier in 2016.

They made the play-offs last season after narrowly missing out in their first year at the higher level.
