Striker Salako has appeared in the colours of Walton & Hersham, Bowers & Pitsea, Tilbury, Maldon & Tiptree and Heybridge Swifts.
Right-back Mead was originally on the books at Gillingham and went on to play for Dagenham & Redbridge, East Thurrock United, Tilbury, for whom he made over 100 appearances, and Witham Town.
Winger Rose has been with Billericay Town and Aveley and signs on a more permanent basis after being on loan from the Millers.
