Bromley
remain leaders, despite losing 1-0 at struggling Wrexham, who ended a run of
seven league games without a success, thanks to Luke Young`s 78th minute goal
at the Racecourse Ground.
Yeovil
Town are now second but had to be content with a 1-1 draw at Huish Park against
Boreham Wood.
And
that after leading through Jimmy Smith`s early 8th minute goal.
That
looked like being enough until Kabongo Tshimanga popped up with Wood`s
equaliser a minute into stoppage time at the end of the game.
And
FC Halifax Town also missed the chance to go top when they suffered a 4-2
defeat at The Shay to an in-form Torquay United outfit who are now fifth.
The
Gulls gave the Shaymen a lesson in finishing, taking an 8th minute lead through
Kyle Cameron and increasing it in the 17th minute from the penalty spot after
Frank Vincent was brought down by Jacob Hanson and Jamie Reid converted.
Reid
made it virtually game over with a third for Gary Johnson`s side on 64 minutes,
with Liam McAlinden reducing the deficit in the 80th minute.
Sub
Kalvin Kalala made it 4-1 in the first minute of stoppage time and Michael
Duckworth bagged a second for the Shaymen 4 minutes later.
Barrow
AFC moved to within two points of top spot in fourth after a 1-0 home win over
a Sutton United outfit who have slid down to second-bottom place.
Josh
Kay`s goal on 53 minutes settled the game in the Bluebirds favour.
Neither
Harrogate Town nor Notts County were able to take advantage of the teams above
them dropping points.
Harrogate
were beaten 4-2 at the Silverlake Stadium where Scott Rendell proved to be the
Spitfires hero with a hat-trick in the 37th, 42nd and 70th minutes.
Tom
Bearwish added the other in the 57th minute all after Brendan Kiernan had
given the visitors a 10th minute lead Jack Muldoon adding their second just
before Eastleigh`s fourth.
County
were held to a 2-2 draw at Meadow Lane by Hartlepool United, whose Gavan
Holohan put them ahead after just 8 minutes.
Luke
James then stretched Pools` lead in the 42nd minute but, crucially, Wes Thomas
pulled one back for the Magpies 2 minutes later.
And
it was Thomas who equalised just past the hour-mark.
Woking
are level on points with seventh-placed County after winning 3-1 at Edgeley
Park against Stockport County.
Jake
Hyde`s 23rd minute effort for the Cards was the only goal of the opening half.
Dave
Tarpey then doubled Woking`s lead on 71 minutes and Hyde`s second 7 minutes
later ended the game as a contest, although sub Frank Mulhern did manage a
consolation for the Hatters 3 minutes from time.
Chorley
remain bottom after losing 2-1 at The Hive to Barnet, who trailed to a 31st
minute Marcus Carver goal until sub Jack Taylor equalised in the 63rd minute.
Mauro
Vilhete won it for the Bees 10 minutes from time.
Ebbsfleet
United are now third-bottom after a 2-2 draw at Stonebridge Road to
Chesterfield, who took a 13th minute lead through Scott Boden.
Gozie
Ugwu equalised 5 minutes later and he out Fleet in front 7 minutes after the
break from the spot, only for Haydn Hollis to level matters less than 4 minutes
later.
Solihull
Moors won 2-1 at home to Dagenham & Redbridge, with James Ball giving them
an early 2nd minute lead.
Reece
Grant equalised after 20 minutes, but Paul McCallum won it for Tim Flowers`
side after 63 minutes.
AFC
Fylde`s second game under Jim Bentley ended with a second draw this time a
0-0 outcome against Dover Athletic.
Aldershot
Town earned a welcome 2-0 win at the EBB Stadium against Maidenhead United,
courtesy of subs Harry Panayiotou, who broke the deadlock just past the
hour-mark and Alfie Whittingham in time added on at the end.
