Forwards
Ayuk Tarh and Leon Lalor-Dell both started for the Ambers at Theobalds Lane
against the Rook.
Tarh
joins from Vanarama National League South side Maidstone United.
The
26-year-old Cameroonian spent pre-season on trial at the Gallagher Stadium
before impressing enough to earn a deal.
Capable
of playing in midfield or up front, Tarh has plied his trade in France with US
Roye and AC Holnon, Slovakia for Dunakjska Streda and the DR Congo with FC
Renaissance after leaving his native Cameroon where he played for Les Astres
and Botofogo.
Lalor-Dell
arrives from league rivals Corinthian-Casuals.
A
former graduate of the Tooting & Mitcham United academy, he first broke
into the senior squad in 2014/15 but was unable to command a regular starting
place.
He
played for Chipstead and at the start of the 2018/19 season the forward signed
up for VCD Athletic, from where he re-joined Tooting.
He
joined Casuals in the summer.
Also
joining Cheshunt are midfielder Serge Erkarslan and striker Amadou Kassarate.
Erkarslan
comes in from Isthmian South Central outfit Harlow Town, where he made 3
appearances and scored one goal after joining the Hawks in July.
He
is a central or attacking midfielder who started out in the Tottenham Hotspur academy
before a spell with Swiss second division side FC Schnaffhausen.
After
returning back to the UK, he featured for Cockfosters and Potters Bar Town
before joining Harlow.
Senegal
under-20 international Kassarate (pictured) returns to the club after playing
professionally in Greece.
He
is a quick striker who
started his career as a junior with Spurs and then Welling United before
joining joined Walton Casuals in February 2015. However, he failed to make an
appearance for the then-Isthmian Division One South club and left at the end of
the season.
In
December 2015, he joined Scottish Championship side Dumbarton's under-20 side
after moving to Scotland to study at University of the West of Scotland.
After
impressing for them he signed a first team deal in July 2016 and made his
senior debut for the club as a sub in a 6-2 defeat to Dundee.
He
joined Scottish Junior side Kirkintilloch Rob Roy on loan in September 2016 and
then Stranraer, also on a loan, in January 2017.
After
returning `south of the border`, he had a 9-game spell with Cheshunt before
signing for Greek side Thesprotos in October 2018.
He
played 15 times and scored 4 goals in helping his side to promotion from the
fourth tier.
He
has two caps for Senegal at under-20 level. |
