Ward Returns to King`s Lynn
Experienced defender Tom Ward has re-joined Vanarama National League North club King`s Lynn Town after leaving BetVictor Northern Premier League Premier Division side Grantham Town earlier this week.

Ward started out in the Uhlsport United Counties League with Sleaford Town.

 

He moved up the Pyramid to join Boston United in the summer of 2010 and remained in the National League North by signing for Gainsborough Trinity in July 2013.

 

He moved to Lynn for the first time in December 2016 from St Neots Town and in his first spell, made 62 appearances, scoring 6 goals.

 

The centre-half was offered the chance to return to The Walks in the 2018 pre-season by then-manager Simon Clark but declined the offer and moved to Grantham

 

He made 18 appearances and scored 2 goals for the Gingerbreads this season.
