Urquhart,
who turns 29 on December 6th, returns to Cressing Road from league
rivals Braintree Town, where he switched to in August.
He
returned to Isthmian South Central club Harlow Town for a second spell in March
2018 having originally joined the Hawks in October 2013 from Potters Bar Town,
playing for the club from 2013 to 2015.
He
made 91 appearances across the two seasons, helping the club to back-to-back
Division One North play-off campaigns.
He
moved to Wealdstone in the summer of 2015, before joining treble-winning
Billericay the following year, making over 50 appearances and lifting the Essex
Senior Cup, Isthmian League Cup and Isthmian League title in a highly
successful campaign.
He
started the 2017/18 season at Hampton & Richmond Borough, but he joined St
Albans City in December 2017 before returning for another spell with the Hawks.
He
also counts St Albans and Olympic Kingsway FC in Australia among his former
clubs.
Osei-Bonsu (pictured) joins the Blues having recently been with BetVictor Southern League Premier
Division Central outfit St Ives Town.
The
20-year-old joined MK Dons academy at the age of 8 and progressed through their
age groups all the way to making his first-team debut in the EFL Cup at Newport
County in August 2016.
On
leaving the Dons at the end of that season he had brief spells at Wealdstone
and Dunstable Town before signing a pro contract with Larne in the Northern
Ireland Championship.
Although
an integral part of the squad, he struggled to hold down a regular place in the
starting line-up and returned to England in November 2018 and signed for St
Ives. |
