Marsh was previously with league rivals Brentwood Town and had been out on loan with Essex Senior Leaguers Burnham Ramblers last season.

Jamie`s father Ashley was a coach for the Boro first-team a few years back.

Meanwhile, midfielder Jonathan Nzengo has signed up with Boro for another season.

Having played over 50 games for the club last season, manager Paul Martin was delighted that Nzengo has committed for another season.

The former Barkingside, Ware, Great Wakering Rovers and Maldon & Tiptree man played an important part in the club avoiding relegation last season, scoring 8 goals in 49 games, and improved as a player throughout the campaign.
