Emery arrives from Hallmark Security League Premier Division side Rylands, having started the season in the NPL Division One South East with Lincoln United, where he had been since 2016/17.

Much of Emery's career has been spent in his native Lincolnshire with the likes of Gainsborough Trinity and home-town Boston United.

The 29-year-old has also served St Albans City, St Neots Town, Heanor Town and Skegness Town.

Hayes is a recent academy graduate at Chester FC from where he joins Runcorn on loan.

After signing his first professional deal at the Swansway Chester Stadium in August this year, he has had temporary spells at Burscough in the NWCL Premier Division and at NPL Premier Division outfit Bamber Bridge.

A physical central midfielder Hayes joined Chester in 2017 from Blackburn Rovers.

Mullan, 23, is a one-time Sheffield Wednesday under-18 player, who represented Northern Ireland at youth and under-19 levels.

He has more recently been at university in San Diego and follows fellow US graduates Tom Owens and Declan McGivern into the ranks at The Millbank Linnets Stadium.

The 6`3” front man had recently been playing local football in County Donegal.
