Over two loan spells at Champion Hill, in what eventually became a permanent move, Akinyemi made 92 appearances and scored 37 goals.

The 22-year-old signed for Dulwich on a permanent transfer from SkyBet League Two Stevenage in March 2018.

He joined having twice played for Hamlet on-loan. The deal saw Stevenage forego a fee in return for a significant percentage of any future sale having signed him in 2014 from Potters Bar Town.

As well as Dulwich, he also spent time out on loan with Aldershot Town, St Neots Town, St Albans City, Billericay Town and Bishop`s Stortford.

He joined Isthmian Premier new boys Cheshunt on dual registration in August 2019 on dual registration.
