Turl was originally with Vanarama National League South side Gloucester City.
He then had spells with Bridgwater Town and Bishops Cleeve before signing for the Swans in 2015/16.
The last two seasons saw him make 83 appearances for Slimbridge, netting 2 goals.
Foresters` boss Paul Michael adds Turl to three other signings made earlier this summer, with goalkeeper Alex Harris joining from Total Motion Midland League Premier Division side Westfields, forward Jacob Davidge from Australian football and defender Lewis Binns, a 22-year-old attacking left-back who has spent the last four years at Evesham United, joining them from Bishop's Cleeve.
