The 22-year-old is a versatile defender who was signed by Spennymoor in the summer of 2018 from Premier League Newcastle United where he featured heavily for their under-23 squad.

The right-back, who can also play centrally, had two separate loan spells at National League side Gateshead.

He was once included in an article where he was touted as the `next generation` on Tyneside, and after the exit of long-serving Kallum Griffiths, he followed in the footsteps of a Spennymoor legend.
