....newcomer Daniel Hawkins, who arrived on loan from SkyBet League Two side Salford City while another newcomer from the Ammies, Florian Yonsian, was on the bench.

Young striker Hawkins joined Salford this summer after being released by Championship side Hull City at the end of last season.

He has already spent a couple of months on loan with NPL Division One North West outfit Marine AFC this season.

Ivorian Yonsian is also a forward who signed for the Ammies in the summer.

The 19-year-old arrived at the Peninsula Stadium after being released by League One side Rochdale.

He made three appearances for Dale, all in the EFL Trophy.
