Gulls Borrow Forest Green Midfielder

Vanarama National League club Torquay United have signed midfielder Lloyd James on a month`s loan from SkyBet League Two side Forest Green Rovers.

Capped by Wales at under-17, 19 and under-21 international level, the 31-year-old began his career at Southampton.

He progressed through the Saints` ranks to make 71 first team appearances and score 2 goals.

He has gone on to amass over 300 League appearances in the Football League for the likes of Colchester United, Leyton Orient and Exeter City, prior to joining Forest Green in 2018.

He has made 35 appearances for Rovers but has failed to make the side this term to date.
