Defender Josh Nelmes (pictured) has transferred from league rivals Bristol Manor Farm.

A committed centre-back, he had early spells at Cheltenham Town and Lydney Town before playing for and captaining his home-town club Cinderford Town for several seasons, helping them to win the Southern South & West Division title in 2015/16 before moving to Mangotsfield United in September 2017.

He joined Taunton Town in February 2018 and then signed for Southern Division One South club Bristol Manor Farm in June 2019.

Midfielder Jack Twyman arrived from Southern League Premier Division South outfit Yate Town.

The 28-year-old is an influential and consistent midfielder who joined Yate during the 2018/19 season, having previously played for Slimbridge, where he had been for 7 years. Before that he made one start and 3 sub appearances for Gloucester City in 2008/09 after graduating from the youth team, joining the Tigers from Cheltenham Town.

He played a major part in the Bluebells promotion.
