After a lot of interest in the position McAvoy (pictured) and Farmer were selected following interviews on Tuesday night.

The duo join the Robins from Kershaw Premier League club Cambridge University Press who they have made into title challengers this season and were in charge when knocking Ely out of the Cambs Invitation Cup this season.

McAvoy and Farmer felt the time was right for them to step up to the next level and showed great positivity in wanting the role.
