Peters joins the Saints from near-neighbours Bedford Town.
He joined the Eagles in the summer of 2015, and quickly went on to establish himself at the heart of the defence and in January 2016 was awarded the captain’s armband.
He won supporters’ player of the season award at the presentation evening at the end of last season and had firmly established himself as a fans’ favourite with the Eagles’ faithful, both in defence and midfield, during his time with them.
He has previous experience with Stotfold, Langford, Biggleswade United, Barton Rovers and St Ives Town, and was Bedford manager Jon Taylor’s first signing for the 2016/17 season.
Nineteen-year-old Keeble joins St Neots from SkyBet League Two side Grimsby Town.
Holbeach-born, Jack is the son of former striker Shaun Keeble, who played for the likes of Stamford, Boston United, Raunds Town and Holbeach United in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Comfortable at both centre-back and right-back, Keeble joins the Saints after his release from the Mariners after being handed his first professional contract in April 2017.
