Kuhl
is a 23-year-old midfielder who signed for the Rebels in November after a spell
with Southern Division One South side Basingstoke Town.
The
son of former Birmingham City, Portsmouth and Derby County midfielder Martin
Kuhl, Aaron was a member of the Reading academy and played in the Championship
for the Royals as an 18-year-old, at the time representing England at under-19
and under-20 level and was tipped for a move to the very top level.
Loan
spells at Dundee United and Boreham Wood followed, before he ruptured the
Medial collateral ligament in his left knee whilst on trial with Aldershot Town,
where his father was assistant-manager.
After
working hard to get back to fitness he made a return with Basingstoke in
October 2019, with manager Dan Brownlie allowing him to train with Slough.
After
playing 90 minutes in a friendly against Aldershot, he signed National League
forms.
