Gonzales
joins from NPL Division One North West side Colne, who he helped eliminate
Shields from the Emirates FA Cup earlier this season.
The
27-year-old joined Colne from league rivals Droylsden in July.
He
had signed for the Bloods in November 2017 after a brief second spell with
Clitheroe.
He
had only just returned to Clitheroe for a third time, having been with
then-National League North side FC United of Manchester. And he had only joined
FC United for a month after joining from Altrincham.
The
6`4” striker had joined Alty from Stockport County, where he was signed in the
summer of 2015 from Clitheroe, where he had scored 41 goals in his 80
appearances.
Prior
to joining Clitheroe, he had played for both Kendal Town and Droylsden and had
also enjoyed brief spells with Chorley and Stalybridge Celtic. |
