The 27-year-old signed for Ashton in October, with his previous club being Vanarama National League North side Boston United.

He linked up with the Pilgrims in October 2018 following a spell out of the game.

The former Sheffield United forward, who transferred to Blackburn Rovers for £1.1 million in 2011, has Football League experience with the likes of Chesterfield, Cambridge United, Plymouth Argyle and Rochdale.

He also had loan spells with the likes of Stevenage, Oldham Athletic, Rotherham United and Scottish side Ross County whilst on Blackburn`s books and the ex-England under-19 international signed for Boston following a short spell with Radcliffe from January 2018 until the end of the 2017/18 season.

He links up with his former boss Derek Adams, who told

https://www.morecambefc.com: “I have signed Jordan twice in the past, on loan from Blackburn when I was at Ross County and again at Plymouth when we won promotion into League One.

“He is one that can play off the right-hand side or the left hand side or through the middle so he gives us options in these areas and will be another good addition to our squad”.
